Fertilizer ....

Ok guys, I sorted out my soil (pure akadama), the cutting, the wiring, and YES all my bonsai stay alive. There is still one problem. The health of my bonsai slowly deteriorates. Surprising? NO ... I don't know how to fretilize them. Since now, I always thought "better to starve them than to over-fertilize them", but they need food. Suggestions anyone? I know the theory (NPK and when) but how much ?

Can anyone please give me some info about how they do it ???
