what is the best way to get a japanese juniper cutting to strike roots. I have tried most rooting hormone gel and powders with different grades of soil but cannot seem to get one to strike. Is there some method of stripping the outer bark off the cutting or any other ideas to help propogate the cuttings. If so I would love to hear them!! cheers
